QUALIFICATIONS:

David C. Bennett has over 35 years of professional experience as a professional geologist and hydrogeologist in the fields of petroleum exploration and environmental protection inclusive of site assessment, water supply development, resource protection and waste site cleanup.  Since 1992, Mr. Bennett has been a principal and owner of a Cape Cod-based professional consulting firm providing engineering and environmental services to  private individuals, municipalities and commercial businesses.  Mr. Bennett is familiar with, and well versed in, the MA DEP regulations pertaining to subsurface sewage disposal, inspection and wastewater treatment [310 CMR 15.00], groundwater/surface/storm water management, treatment, and discharge [314 CMR 1.00-7.00], water supply development and water treatment [310 CMR 22.00], and solid waste [310 CMR 19.00].  As a Licensed Site Professional, Mr. Bennett has vast experience with the MA Contingency Plan [310 CMR 40.0000] and is an expert in the fields of oil and hazardous waste cleanup and groundwater hydrology and water dynamics of the Cape and Islands.
