QUALIFICATIONS:

Joseph Smith has more than 18 years of professional experience in the wastewater field, including over 13 years of experience as a wastewater treatment operator. Mr. Smith has experience in industry practices and has completed all aspects of the operation and maintenance procedures relative to wastewater treatment plants and innovative/alternative (IA) wastewater treatment systems. Project responsibilities include the daily inspection of treatment plants, inspection and sampling of IA systems and implementation of groundwater monitoring programs as may be outlined within applicable Groundwater Discharge Permits. Mr. Smith has a working knowledge and vast experience in treatment system mechanics and repairs.
